Youneedawinterfresh budget is divided into six categories, education, healthcare, construction, defense and environment. Education and healthcare (25% each) all together equals fifty percent of the utopias budget, putting youneedawinterfresh in first place of the most highs lighter rate and medical field in all the utopias around the world. The society’s defense is 15% because “as a utopia us freshians do not approve of war and anything involving it, that is why our defense is low, but that does not harm our society at all because of a past peace treaty signed off with warhead and Lanikia saying:
“WE, THE UTOPIA OF YOUNEEDAWINTERFRESH, HERE BY SIGN A PEACE TREATY WITH WAR HEAD AND LINIKIA, IN EXCHANGE FOR PROTECTION AND DEFENSE WE WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH GOODS, FOOD AND GUM."
Construction is at 15% also because our society love the environment a lot so try to spend as less money on construction as possible, not saying the society does not have any major buildings but we only spend it on buildings that we can get or produce money from like the worlds first man made ski resort. Then lastly spend 20% of its earnings on the environment making youneedawinterfresh one of the cleanest and freshest utopias on earth, also giving the society the proud name of "Youneedawinterfresh".
