Myrline .M: A time that you-need-a winter-fresh would most likely have to deviate from its original budget would probably be when our enemies the Zebras, will try to invade us because they have nothing else to do. The reason that I'm choosing this particular time would be because when most countries are getting invaded or going to be in a middle of a war. The president or the peoples in charge would spend more time on thinking of a solution in order for the other country or nation not to be attract, either a peace treaty, trading resources or anything they can think of, and while a war might started the person in charge doesn’t really pay attention to the other things going on in the society. Their focus is on what they can do to prevent the war and people getting hurt, so the government would gather money to defend the country.
Sherri: A time when youneedawinterfresh or the green city of pyramids would have to deviate from its original budget is when our society would have a major problem where we would need to take money a of a different department to support another for example if our society was attached by the enemy (Zebra).Since youneedawinterfresh is a utopia of love, peace and relaxation we only have fifteen present of our budget going to defense, so to protect are society we would need to take some money out of another category (education or healthcare) to support are military. Even if that were to happen we would have other ways to protect ourselves for harm without using that tactic like a peaces treaty, help form our alleys and bombing there utopia.

Christina Filossaint: We are going to spend the least of our money on construction, transportation and defense. I say this because we refuse to take peoples' tax money and keep building things that don't need to be built. Also transportation is not a big issue in our society so we won't spend much money on that. Defense will not take up much of our money either because our society does not like to have war and create a riot, unless other societies create war first.
Myrline.M : Our society is going spend money on construction and transportation the least because to us it isn't the most important thing in any society or ours because healthcare and education is even more important. And without an education and healthy people it wouldn't be that much of a good society!

Construction and transportation is the least of our problems and any society. Also in our current budget we have to cut back on what’s less important.
